Double Nickel Chrome: High Quality Sanitary Parts

PENC tailor-made Double Nickel Chrome Plating Line for the world class sanitary parts manufacturers from Germany, USA and Spain.

Among the several TURN-KEY projects in sanitary parts, PENC supplied 3 systems to an international USA brand: Automatic U-series Double Nickel Chrome Plating Line, PVD Pretreatment Line and Waste Water Treatment System.

Arranged in parallel format, the plating line is 80m in total length. The base material for the high-end sanitary parts is brass. Design with the cleaner production process in mind, the waste water treatment system can recycle 100% of nickel plating chrome solution and 60% of water. It is equipped with reverse osmosis and ion exchange system.

The production system is managed by the software PACS3, which is especially developed by PENC for users in the plating field. Its main features are process control with data logging, production scheduling & reporting, material consumption reporting & preventive maintenance scheduling.
